Orders placed without an account can be tracked via the Tracking link in your Order Shipment email
If you don’t have an account, you can create one HERE! So long as the email address used to create an account is the same as the one used to place the order, your account will display the order details within the new account.
Every LORINTHEORY.COM purchase is made to order. We certainly hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, we're here to help! If you receive any items damaged or defective, please report this to our Customer Support team HERE before starting a return.
Items MUST be in unused condition.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
eGift Cards and stickers are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
Bulk item orders (20+ items) are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer Exchanges.
